Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Subject of Services

AustralianCreativeGroup ("we", "our") provides consulting services in project management for creative industries, business scaling strategies based on commercial innovation, corporate training on evaluating return on investment (ROI) in advertising, auditing the quality of intangible assets, and corporate governance. Services are provided exclusively under these terms.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services. We undertake to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with industry standards. Any deliverable (reports, analyses, training materials) remains our intellectual property until full payment of invoices.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability, regardless of cause, is limited to the value of services paid by the client in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage. Our recommendations do not constitute explicit guarantees regarding future financial results.

4. Payments and Returns

Invoices are issued according to the signed contract. The payment term is 30 calendar days from the invoice date. In case of non-payment, services may be suspended. Returns are granted only for services not fully rendered, proportional to the unused value. No refunds are given for training or audits already delivered.

5. Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' written notice. In case of a material breach of terms (non-payment, disclosure of confidential information), we may terminate immediately. After termination, the client must destroy any confidential material received.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Any modification will be communicated 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
